Thank You

Thank you to everyone who has donated to the Boultham Park Restoration Project – we couldn’t have done it without you! Thank you to everyone who has donated, been sponsored to do weird and wonderful things and to all those businesses and organisations who have helped. We especially thank National Lottery players for your donations to great causes, including Boultham Park. And thank you to our brilliant volunteers, we genuinely couldn’t have done this without you.

The Lake Restoration Project wouldn’t have happened without, once again, the significant financial and strategic support of the National Lottery Heritage Fund. We are grateful to the NLHF for sharing our vision and commitment. Our big thanks to National Lottery players for making this possible.

The European Regional Development Fund has generously committed almost £200,000 to the project, helping to deliver works with a biodiversity focus, including tree works, planting, water quality and lake edge / island edge improvements. We are very thankful for their help in delivering our project.

Thank you to FCC Communities Foundation for their support, and for funding the new picnic table benches, and works to the Pike Drain inlet and the outlet structure.

Thank you to Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust for being there throughout the project, from the design of the capital works through to activities, making sure we were doing the best we could for wildlife at every stage.

As always, the presence and support of Boultham Park Advisory Group has made a huge difference, for which we are very grateful.

We are grateful to our brilliant volunteers for giving their time and their efforts, in so many ways. We are so fortunate to have the support, the skills and the commitment of these wonderful people.

Thank you to every partner organisation, and every member of a park community who has taken part, supported, encouraged, enjoyed and played their part in making the lake restoration project a success.
